$125 per person

$145 per person
Appetizer or soup, salad, entrée, cheese plate, dessert and coffee.

twelve Course Chef’s Expression
12 person maxium - Call to inquire about cost.
There will be a pairing of a Port with the cheese plate
and an ice wine with dessert.
Due to the complexity of this tasting,
please think ahead for reservations
so that special ingredients can be ordered.


deposit
A 50% deposit is required.

reservations
Reservations must be made at least one month in advance.

cancellations
Cancellations
more than 7 days prior to an event
will incur a penalty of 50% of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 7 days of an event
will forfeit 100% of the deposit.

wine
All courses can be paired with wine at an additional cost. We can provide you with a copy of our wine list in advance and assure that we have adequate supply of your favorite wines available for your event.
Requests should be made with at least one week’s notice.

on-site charges
Our house time is four hours, anytime overages will be billed at $100 per hour. Special consideration for large parties.

There is a $500 minimum for us to come to you.

There is a 4% government tax that will be added to the total bill.

Gratuity is not included in the cost.
